I first ordered the monitor stand several weeks ago. It arrived very quickly and I immediately put it to use. What a difference it made to my (usually) cluttered desk! One day I noticed a dent on the edge of the stand... the color seemed to have worn off. It didn't make sense, because the stand hadn't left its spot on the desk since I bought it. I contacted the Office Stance people, and they were extremely gracious and helpful. I sent them a photo of the damage, and we decided that something must have gone wrong during shipping, and that I simply hadn't noticed it at first. Within days, they had sent a new stand, equally wonderful to the first. Great service, great product!

Really like the stand; it’s simple, sturdy, fits the laptop perfectly. Creates lots of space underneath. It’s pricey, but will last forever. I was also particularly impressed with the speed of the delivery. Great service.
